When it comes to food we don’t compromise. Any meat that doesn’t come from our own ibex hunt we procure from suppliers we trust. For our steakhouse events that means Christian Zimmermann from Braz. It’s from his Charolais cattle that we get your favorite pieces of beef for you to enjoy. Perfectly hung. With an amazing smoke aroma. Tempered to your preference and served with herb butter as well as classic steakhouse side dishes and a strong “Glaserl” wine from our famous wine cellar.
