One of the wonderful things about a brunch is that anything goes. That's why the theme suits the Burg so well. You can sleep in longer, as brunch starts later than a traditional breakfast. Eggs, bread rolls and salmon can be accompanied by soups, casseroles and cakes. And, of course, it is the ideal time of day to start the first small party: with fine wines and live music by ''The Swingbugs''.
