CHEF DE PARTIE
We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie for the current winter season 2025 and for the summer season 2025.
As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for a specific area in the kitchen. You plan and organize the daily processes in your area and ensure that the dishes are prepared to high quality standards.
You will monitor compliance with hygiene regulations and coordinate the tasks of your post team. You are also responsible for storing and checking the food and support the head chef with menu planning. Your experience and skills will make a significant contribution to the success of the kitchen.

YOUR WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE
- Completed training as a chef in upscale gastronomy
- At least 3 years of comparable professional experience in prestigious international hotels
- Effective and confident communication in English
- Passion for upscale gastronomy
