You will produce creative à la carte and half-board dishes. You will also coordinate the deployment of staff and help with the receipt of goods and the monitoring of our high quality standards.

- Completed training as a chef in upscale gastronomy
- comparable professional experience in internationally renowned hotels
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen management
